Bodycam footage from the incident shows an unidentified officer pursuing Toledo and another male on foot before the officer orders Toledo to \u201cStop right fucking now!\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIf I\u2019m a police officer out there, if I\u2019m anyone out there and there\u2019s been a shooting and someone is running and you see \u2013 regardless of the 13-year-old. Thirteen-year-old\u2019s life gone, tragic. But if someone\u2019s running with a gun and they turn around, police officers have to make decisions in split seconds.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhen you look at the video and you look at the instant, in an instance \u2013 the officer probably doesn\u2019t know that the kid is 13, right?\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The officer can be heard screaming \u201cHey, show me your fucking hands, drop it.\u201d The officer then fires one fatal shot. <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2021\/04\/15\/rioters-assault-cnn-staffer-chase-team-brooklyn-center-minnesota-network-mentioned-daunte-wright\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">(RELATED: BLM Rioters Assault CNN Staffer, Chase His Team Out Of Brooklyn Center.
