Roger Wicker (R-Miss.) has been optimistic about infrastructure negotiations with the administration, but has expressed concerned about how Joe Biden plans to pay for it.<\/p>\n<p>During an <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/CNNnewsroom\/status\/1381969012733714433\">interview<\/a> Tuesday, the ranking member of the Senate Commerce, Science and Transportation Committee said the bipartisan meeting at the White House was productive and engaging.
