(AP Photo\/Paul Sancya, File)<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h5>OAN Newsroom<br \/>UPDATED 9:37 AM PT \u2013 Monday, April 12, 2021<\/h5>\n<p>America\u2019s small businesses are collapsing at the fastest pace since COVID-19 lockdowns first began last year despite stimulus programs.<\/p>\n<p>According to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.smallbusinessroundtable.org\/\">Small Business Roundtable<\/a>, 22 percent of all small and medium businesses in the U.S. were closed as of February.
