He was the AG for the Johnson administration.<\/p>\n<p>Clark passed away at his Manhattan, New York home on Friday. (Photo by Keystone\/Hulton Archive\/Getty Images)<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>Among other accomplishments was his prosecution of the infamous anti-Vietnam war group \u201cThe Boston Five\u201d in addition to being one of the architects of the Voting Rights Act of 1965 as well as the Civil Rights Act of 1968.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">When I was a federal prosecutor in NY, Ramsey Clark &amp;  I  had a case.  I don\u2019t remember the case.  Ramsey, soft spoken with a Southern drawl, made  his argument.  The agents called him \u201cGeneral.\u201d  He crossed a spectrum of great and questionable achievements &amp; now he\u2019s at rest. <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/MyzyRcJgyC\">pic.twitter.com\/MyzyRcJgyC<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2014 John P.
