The Post detailed:<\/p>\n<blockquote readability=\"21.476821192053\">\n<p><em>Patrisse Khan-Cullors, 37, also eyed property in the Bahamas at an ultra-exclusive resort where Justin Timberlake and Tiger Woods both have homes, The Post has learned. Luxury apartments and townhouses at the beachfront Albany resort outside Nassau are priced between $5 million and $20 million, according to a local agent.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>The self-described Marxist last month <a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2021\/04\/10\/marxist-blm-leader-buys-1-4-million-home-in-ritzy-la-enclave\/\">purchased a $1.4 million home<\/a> on a secluded road a short drive from Malibu in Los Angeles, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dirt.com\/gallery\/more-dirt\/politicians\/black-lives-matter-co-founder-patrisse-khan-cullors-lands-topanga-canyon-compound-1203374803\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">according to a report<\/a>. The 2,370 square-foot property features \u201csoaring ceilings, skylights and plenty of windows\u201d with canyon views. The Topanga Canyon homestead, which includes two houses on a quarter acre, is just one of three homes Khan-Cullors owns in the Los Angeles area, public records show.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>As highlighted by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/news\/blm-co-founder-buys-1-4-million-home-in-virtually-all-white-area-black-commentators-slam-her\">The Daily Wire<\/a> this past week, Khan-Cullors notably purchased a $1.4 million home in a secluded area of Los Angeles, where the population is reportedly less than 2% black.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cA secluded mini-compound tucked into L.A.\u2019s rustic and semi-remote Topanga Canyon was recently sold for a tad more than $1.4 million to a corporate entity that public records show is controlled by Patrisse Khan-Cullors, 37-year-old social justice visionary and co-founder of the galvanizing and, for some, controversial Black Lives Matter movement,\u201d dirt.com <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dirt.com\/gallery\/more-dirt\/politicians\/black-lives-matter-co-founder-patrisse-khan-cullors-lands-topanga-canyon-compound-1203374803\/patrissecullors_tc7\/\">reported<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Khan-Cullors could be facing more than just fierce online criticism over the spending. According to the Post, \u201cHawk Newsome, the head of Black Lives Matter Greater New York City, called for \u2018an independent investigation\u2019 to find out how the global network spends its money.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIf you go around calling yourself a socialist, you have to ask how much of her own personal money is going to charitable causes,\u201d Newsome said. \u201cIt\u2019s really sad because it makes people doubt the validity of the movement and overlook the fact that it\u2019s the people that carry this movement.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>As reported by The Daily Wire\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/news\/black-lives-matter-what-we-believe-page-disrupt-the-western-prescribed-nuclear-family-dismantle-cisgender-privilege\">Paul Bois<\/a> last summer, the BLM organization\u2019s since-scrubbed&nbsp;\u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/blacklivesmatter.com\/what-we-believe\/\">What We Believe<\/a>\u201d page curiously outlined goals relative to \u201cgender identity\u201d and the disruption of the nuclear family:<\/p>\n<blockquote readability=\"35\">\n<p><em>We are self-reflexive and do the work required to dismantle cisgender privilege and uplift Black trans folk, especially Black trans women who continue to be disproportionately impacted by trans-antagonistic violence.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>We build a space that affirms Black women and is free from sexism, misogyny, and environments in which men are centered.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>We practice empathy. We engage <strong>comrades<\/strong> with the intent to learn about and connect with their contexts.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>We make our spaces family-friendly and enable parents to fully participate with their children. We dismantle the patriarchal practice that requires mothers to work \u201cdouble shifts\u201d so that they can mother in private even as they participate in public justice work.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>We disrupt the Western-prescribed nuclear family structure requirement by supporting each other as extended families and \u201cvillages\u201d that collectively care for one another, especially our children, to the degree that mothers, parents, and children are comfortable.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>We foster a queer\u2010affirming network.
