Bernie Sanders (I-VT) does not support it and has <a href=\"https:\/\/www.reuters.com\/article\/us-usa-election-sanders\/u-s-senator-bernie-sanders-against-increasing-number-of-supreme-court-justices-idUSKCN1RD3AL\">warned<\/a> that if Democrats do it then \u201cthe next time the Republicans are in power they will do the same thing.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Leftist Supreme Court Justice Stephen Breyer, a&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/news.bloomberglaw.com\/business-and-practice\/insight-why-are-supreme-court-justices-registered-as-democrats-and-republicans\">registered<\/a> Democrat, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/news\/liberal-supreme-court-justice-warns-on-court-packing-will-diminish-confidence-in-court-rule-of-law\">warned<\/a> this week during a speech at Harvard that packing the court will diminish \u201cconfidence in the courts, and in the rule of law itself\u201d which will lead to \u201cdiminishing the court\u2019s power, including its power to act as a \u2018check\u2019 on the other branches.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Even leftist Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg warned against packing the courts, saying that it will make the court appear more partisan and will trigger a constant expansion of the courts every time there is a power change in Washington, D.C.<\/p>\n<p>Mike Davis, founder and president of the Article III Project (A3P), warned that Biden\u2019s move was \u201calarming\u201d and must \u201cbe met with the harshest of denunciations from both sides of the aisle\u201d because packing the Supreme Court would lead to \u201cirreversible damage.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPacking the Supreme Court would destroy centuries of hard work from Democrat- and Republican-appointed justices to insulate the high court from partisan politics,\u201d Davis warned. \u201cIt also raises serious red flags as to what unconstitutional actions President Biden is planning that a more favorable Supreme Court might tolerate.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><i><span>The Daily Wire is one of America\u2019s fastest-growing conservative media companies and counter-cultural outlets for news, opinion, and entertainment.
