MI, Allied Security Operations Group has concluded that the Dominion Voting machines were assigned a 68.05% error rate.<\/strong> DePerno explained that when ballots are put through the machine, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thegatewaypundit.com\/2020\/12\/breaking-antrim-co-forensic-report-bombshell-reveals-dominion-machines-set-68-05-error-ratemeaning-68-05-ballots-sent-mass-adjudication-giving-individuals-ma\/\">a whopping 68.05% error rate<\/a> means that 68.05% of the ballots are sent for bulk adjudication, which means they collect the ballots in a folder. \u201cThe ballots are sent somewhere where people in another location can change the vote,\u201d DePerno explained.<\/p>\n<p>Based on the Allied Security Operations report, Constitutional Attorney Matthew DePerno states: \u201cwe conclude that The <strong>Dominion Voting System should not be used in Michigan<\/strong>. We believe it was done through a machine. It\u2019s either a function of the program, or it\u2019s done offsite. My guess is that it was shipped offsite, adjudicated, and then sent back to the system, or it was done internally in the program. It was one of the two,\u201d he explained.<\/p>\n<p>The report shows the change in the vote totals on Nov 3, Nov 5, and Nov 21. Paragraph 7 states: \u201cThe results of the 2020 Antrim County election are not certifiable. this is a result of machine and or software error, not \u2018human error,&#8217;\u201d as previously stated by Secretary of State Benson on November 6, which DePerno calls, \u201cfalse.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-39880\" src=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/2A-740x812-1-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"740\" height=\"812\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/2A-740x812-1-1.jpg 740w, https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/2A-740x812-1-1-273x300.jpg 273w, https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/2A-740x812-1-1-675x741.jpg 675w, https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/2A-740x812-1-1-480x527.jpg 480w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 740px) 100vw, 740px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>DePerno says the most important part of the report is that \u201cThis was not done by a couple of interns, as some people have suggested. This is a systematic program designed to generate errors that affect the outcome of the election.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Matthew DePerno claims that the Dominion Voting machines were \u201cmeticulously crafted to do exactly what it did.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>DePerno tells us he believes \u201cIt was either a major software company, or it was a foreign entity that was behind this. There are other forces behind this,\u201d adding, \u201cThis violates all cybersecurity protocols. It doesn\u2019t matter who you vote for. No one can be confident that with a 68.05% error rate that your ballot was not mass adjudicated.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>William Bailey\u2019s attorney told us, \u201cI believe Secretary of State Benson knew this, and that\u2019s why she spent zero dollars from the CARES Act training anyone on the software or the machines but spent millions of dollars putting the \u201cZucker[berg] boxes\u201d in Detroit,\u201d adding, \u201cWhen something goes wrong, she can blame them for it, and because they don\u2019t\u2019 know, she can blame them.
