On Tuesday evening, police arrested 35-year-old Michael Reed when he crashed his vehicle into a semi-truck at an intersection in Pamona, California.<\/p>\n<p>The car chase began around 5:30 p.m. local time as the suspect drove through red lights and attempted to go in the opposite direction. The semi-trucker who stopped the pursuit said he purposely attempted to block the suspects path.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI waited for him, \u201d said Ahmed Shabaan, the semi-truck driver. \u201cThen when I just waited for the right moment and I blocked him and hit him because if I didn\u2019t stop him, he was going to kill somebody else and that was my main concern.\u201d<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">Update: The chase came to an end after the driver crashed into a big rig in Pomona.
