OSF\u2019s website <a href=\"https:\/\/www.opensocietyfoundations.org\/who-we-are\/global-board\/member\/leon-botstein\">credits<\/a> Botstein for guiding \u201cBard\u2019s innovative liberal arts BA program in New York state prisons\u201d and writing a book that \u201cis the basis for acclaimed public high school reforms\u201d in several major U.S. cities, including Baltimore, New York, and Washington, D.C.
