The victim would then be escorted to a room with a massage table,\u201d reads the indictment.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOnce inside, the victim would provide a nude or semi-nude massage for Epstein who would himself typically be naked. During these encounters, Epstein would escalate the nature and scope of the physical contact to include sex acts such as groping and direct and indirect contact with the victim\u2019s genitals,\u201d they wrote.<\/p>\n<p>Maxwell \u201cfacilitated Jeffrey Epstein\u2019s access to minor victims knowing that he had a sexual preference for underage girls and that he intended to engage in sexual activity with those victims,\u201d the indictment says.<\/p>\n<p>In the indictment, the new accuser is referred to a Minor Victim-4, and she was allegedly 14 years old at the time. Prosecutors say&nbsp;Maxwell interacted with the girl on \u201cmultiple\u201d occasions and knew she was under 18.<\/p>\n<p>Maxwell also encouraged the girl, along with others, to recruit more girls, says the indictment, alleging that Minor Victim-4 eventually brought other females younger than 18 to Epstein\u2019s home.<\/p>\n<p>The amended indictment stretches far back in to the 1990, covering alleged crimes stretching from 1994 to 2004 in both New York and Florida.<\/p>\n<p>Maxwell has previously pleaded not guilty to helping Epstein recruit and groom three teenage girls for sex between 1994 and 1997 in New York. Maxwell, 59, has been held in a jail in New York City since her arrest last July. Epstein allegedly committed suicide on Aug. 10, 2019, in his cell at the&nbsp;Metropolitan Correctional Center.<\/p>\n<p>Federal prosecutors said he was alone in his prison cell the night of his death. But the pathologist hired by Epstein\u2019s family to investigate his death said in October 2019 that Epstein\u2019s body bore telltale signs of homicide.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMark Epstein, Jeffrey\u2019s next of kin, had hired Baden to perform an independent investigation because the family wasn\u2019t getting answers, the pathologist told Fox News. Last month, Baden, who observed the autopsy, told Fox News its findings were more consistent with homicidal strangulation than suicidal hanging.
