President Trump pushed back against claims made during Biden\u2019s first press briefing.<\/p>\n<p>In an <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/IngrahamAngle\/status\/1375294008532987906\">interview<\/a> Thursday, the 45th president refuted accusations he left children \u201cstarving\u201d on the Mexican side of the border. He also said \u201cit\u2019s just the opposite\u201d and argued he made sure unaccompanied minors were taken care of.<\/p>\n<p>President Trump then touted his \u2018Remain in Mexico\u2019 policy, which prevented major back-ups, and said very few people tried to cross because they knew they weren\u2019t going to get through. He asserted that what Democrats are doing now is \u201coutrageous\u201d and urged Biden to finish the wall.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">President Trump\u2019s strong border policy was working. He also criticized reporters at Biden\u2019s press conference for seemingly taking it easy on him. President Trump said it seemed like Biden\u2019s staff was ready to rip the microphone away if anyone tried to ask a difficult question.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, photos taken during Joe Biden\u2019s first formal press conference revealed a pile of papers, including photos and names of reporters. Following his short comments to reporters Thursday, Biden took questions from the small group in the room referring to note cards with prepared statistics and talking points.<\/p>\n<p>Biden also appeared to have been given a list of reporters and their photos in order to know who to address with numbers circled next to several journalists\u2019 names. Despite having 65 days to prepare and the so-called cheat sheet from his staff, Biden still fumbled through the briefing.<\/p>\n<p>Even with the notes and photos, Biden appeared to struggle with straight answers and transparency.
