I think some people were kidding, I was not kidding\u2026  I\u2019m not sure if that was the end of the list. If we were on it, he did not make it down that far.&#8221; <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/pgSKguxAIU\">pic.twitter.com\/pgSKguxAIU<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2014 Justin Baragona (@justinbaragona) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/justinbaragona\/status\/1375156694653800453?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">March 25, 2021<\/a><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Doocy reiterated his concerns to Psaki in the briefing room on Friday, asking the press secretary if this was \u201cofficial administration policy.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The implication, though not stated by Doocy, was that the White House appears to be shielding Biden from Fox News, arguably the only news network that has posed challenging questions, with few exceptions.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe noticed, starting at the end of the campaign, and then into the transition, and here, at the White House, anytime the president has an event where he\u2019s given a list of reporters to call on, Fox is the only member of the five network TV pool that has never been on the list in front of the president,\u201d Doocy said. \u201cI\u2019m just curious if that is official administration policy.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Psaki tried to dismiss the reporter\u2019s concerns by noting that she regularly takes questions from Doocy in the briefing room. Of course, that was not Doocy\u2019s question.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe\u2019re here having a conversation, aren\u2019t we? And do I take questions from you every time you come to the briefing room?\u201d Psaki responded.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cYes, but I\u2019m talking about the president.\u201d Doocy reiterated.<\/p>\n<p>Psaki claimed that Biden has taken questions from Doocy, but the reporter noted that this is only true regarding questions Doocy has directed towards Biden as he leaves. As his questions stated, he\u2019s never been on the pre-approved list of reporters, an assertion Psaki did not deny.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe president has been very generous with his time with Fox, I\u2019m just curious about this list that he is given,\u201d Doocy continued. \u201cWe\u2019re the only member of the five network pool that hasn\u2019t been on this list \u2026 dating back to the end of the campaign.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Psaki again noted that she takes questions from Doocy and will appear on Fox News this weekend.<\/p>\n<p>On Thursday, Biden noticeably struggled during his first solo presser, though he was taking questions from a crowd of friendly hand-picked reporters.
