(AP Photo\/David Zalubowski)<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h5>OAN Newsroom<br \/>UPDATED 9:50 AM PT \u2013 Thursday, March 25, 2021<\/h5>\n<p>The alleged gunman in the deadly Boulder, Colorado supermarket shooting is being held without bail.<\/p>\n<p>During his first court appearance Thursday, 21-year old Ahmad Alissa was formally charged with ten counts of murder and one count of attempted murder. The suspect did not enter a plea.<\/p>\n<p>Allisa allegedly opened fire at the King Soopers store in city on Monday.
