(AP Photo\/Evan Vucci)<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h5>OAN Newsroom<br \/>UPDATED 5:50 PM PT \u2013 Wednesday, March 24, 2021<\/h5>\n<p>White House press secretary Jen Psaki avoided a question about Joe and Hunter Biden\u2019s ties to Russia, as evidence continues to pile up.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe wife of Moscow\u2019s former mayor paid a company associated with the president\u2019s son $3.5 million. There was no explanation for these alleged payments, and I\u2019m wondering if you could tell us if that claim is accurate and if so what that $3.5 million was paid for,\u201d a reporter asked Psaki.<\/p>\n<p>She responded with, \u201cI\u2019m not familiar with that claim.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Psaki at first attempted to deny the fact that the Kremlin\u2019s payments to Biden ever took place. However, when pressed with hard evidence from the Senate about those transactions, she quickly shut down the conversation.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">Psaki has no answers to question about Hunter Biden\u2019s $3.5 MILLION payment from wife of a former Moscow Mayor. <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/7CdDuAhABV\">pic.twitter.com\/7CdDuAhABV<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2014 \ud83c\uddfa\ud83c\uddf8Maggie VandenBerghe\ud83c\uddfa\ud83c\uddf8 (@FogCityMidge) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/FogCityMidge\/status\/1374772780751724545?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">March 24, 2021<\/a><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>\u201cIt doesn\u2019t sound like it\u2019s backed up by a lot of evidence, if you have evidence or specifics, happy to discuss it further,\u201d Psaki stated.<\/p>\n<p>Last year\u2019s Senate Intelligence Report said the $3.5 million was paid in so-called \u201cconsulting fees.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The wife of the former Moscow mayor is a property developer and a key ally of Vladimir Putin. She has been suspected of laundering money for Putin through Joe and Hunter Biden.
