They\u2019re a little tricky sometimes, but he\u2019s doing great,\u201d the press secretary told reporters.<\/p>\n<p>On Friday, White House Principal Deputy Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/news\/wh-blames-wind-after-biden-stumbles-falls-while-boarding-air-force-one-staffer-i-almost-fell-coming-up-the-steps-myself\">blamed<\/a> the wind for Biden\u2019s three stumbles.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt\u2019s pretty windy outside,\u201d Jean-Pierre told reporters,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/2021\/03\/19\/us\/biden-air-force-one.html\">reported<\/a> The New York Times. \u201cIt\u2019s very windy. I almost fell coming up the steps myself. He is doing 100 percent fine.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>As noted by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/news\/wh-blames-wind-after-biden-stumbles-falls-while-boarding-air-force-one-staffer-i-almost-fell-coming-up-the-steps-myself\">The Daily Wire<\/a>, Biden\u2019s repeated stumbling occurred shortly before the president departed Joint Base Andrews for Atlanta.<\/p>\n<p>White House Communications Director Kate Beddingfield similarly said the incident was not a big deal.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI know folks have seen that President Biden slipped on his way up the stairs to AF1, but I\u2019m happy to report that he is just fine and did not even require any attention from the medical team who travels with him,\u201d Beddingfield posted to Twitter. \u201cNothing more than a misstep on the stairs.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>During Monday\u2019s presser, however, Psaki refused to say if Biden saw a doctor after the fall.&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/news\/jen-psaki-refuses-to-deny-that-biden-saw-doctor-after-falling-on-stairs?utm_source=facebook&amp;utm_medium=social&amp;utm_campaign=benshapiro&amp;fbclid=IwAR1Q70SY-eeUq3jKDT2xgCGSzlgr-IYY4zGGxDM5EI__XnHgP7MCZ9iEo58\">The Daily Wire<\/a> reported:<\/p>\n<blockquote readability=\"27\">\n<p><em>Asked whether Biden had to see a doctor because of it, Psaki looked up and said, \u201cUm, I\u2019m not aware of that being required. There\u2019s of course a doctor who travels with the president, any president of the United States. But, um, I\u2019m not aware of it needing, uh, actual extensive medical attention.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>When another reporter pressed Psaki to clarify if the answer to the question was \u201cno,\u201d she said, \u201cWas it no? Well, I\u2019m not trying to be, there\u2019s a doctor who travels with him. He was walking around as you all saw by the end of the day. So I\u2019m trying to be completely transparent. He\u2019s absolutely fine, as he was on Friday, was this weekend. He spent the weekend at Camp David.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>While running for president, Biden, ironically, knocked&nbsp;then-President Donald Trump over a viral video that showed Trump walking down a slippery ramp slowly.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIf you win and you\u2019re sworn in \u2014 and you\u2019ve had this question 40 times \u2014 but you would be the oldest president in U.S. history. Some people might suggest \u2014 the Trump campaign ads have suggested, you\u2019ve lost a step or two. What\u2019s your response to that?\u201d a reporter <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/news\/wh-blames-wind-after-biden-stumbles-falls-while-boarding-air-force-one-staffer-i-almost-fell-coming-up-the-steps-myself\">pressed<\/a> Biden.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cLook at how he steps and look how I step. Watch how I run up ramps and he stumbles down ramps. Okay, c\u2019mon,\u201d Biden responded. \u201cIt\u2019s a legitimate question to ask. Legitimate question to ask of both of us. Thank God my health is good, but I\u2019m a great respecter of fate, I realize that anything can happen to anybody at any age, any time. But I promise you, I would not be running unless I was in very good health. I work out every morning, and I am in relatively good shape.
