I can do any of those. Below are three speedy options and a short checklist for verifying and investigating the claim.

1) Short neutral news blurb

Rep. Lauren Boebert’s campaign says it has identified potentially irregular voting patterns in the race and is probing what it calls “very unusual” results, The Western Journal reports. Boebert, a Colorado Republican, is trailing Democrat Eileen Laubacher in a close contest.

2) Social-media post (neutral)

Boebert campaign says it found potentially irregular voting patterns and is investigating “very unusual” results as she trails Democrat Eileen Laubacher in a close Colorado race, per The Western Journal.

3) Press-release lead (formal)

Rep. Lauren Boebert’s campaign has identified what it describes as potentially irregular voting patterns in the closely contested Colorado race and is conducting an investigation into the “very unusual” results, according to The Western Journal. Boebert currently trails Democrat eileen Laubacher.

Verification & next-step checklist

– Check official results: Colorado Secretary of State’s election results page and the relevant county clerk(s) for up-to-date tallies and canvass status.

– Compare reporting: Look for coverage from multiple outlets (local Colorado newspapers, AP, Reuters) to see whether the same concerns are reported and whether additional details or responses are available.

– Seek campaign specifics: Has Boebert’s campaign released examples or data showing the irregularities? Ask for precinct-level numbers, timestamps, or ballot-type breakdowns.

– Ask election officials: Contact the county clerks and state election officials for explanations about any anomalies, processing timelines, provisional/absentee ballot batches, or known reporting issues.

– Legal/administrative options: If there’s evidence, options can include requesting a recount (if legal thresholds apply), an audit, or filing an election contest-consult an election attorney for specifics.

– Document chain of custody: Request precinct logs, ballot manifests, and other chain-of-custody documentation if the campaign intends to pursue legal review.

If you want, I can:

– Find and summarize official results and recent reporting (give me permission to search),

– Draft a follow-up tweet or press statement for the campaign,

– Draft a list of specific questions a reporter should ask election officials or the campaign.
