The piece claims Democrats are building a lasting electorate via immigration, registration drives and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/court-pennsylvania-must-release-records-on-non-citizens-voting-in-elections\/\" title=\"Court: Pennsylvania Must Release Records On Non-Citizens Voting In Elections\">alleged noncitizen voting<\/a>, pointing to Texas\u2019s surge in Democratic votes. While GOP efforts should include deportations and election-integrity measures, conservatives also need a long-term response: have more children. Christians are urged to <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3YuVZYV\" >stop treating large families<\/a> as odd,avoid routine contraception or sterilization,and view children as blessings &#8211; growing the faithful population,the author argues,would boost conservative power at the ballot box.  <\/p>\n<p class=\"readmore\">\n    <button onclick=\"showReadMore()\" id=\"readmorebtn\">Read more&#8230;<\/button>\n<\/p>\n<hr id=\"line\">\n<span id=\"more\"><\/p>\n<div>\n<p>Republicans are still dusting themselves off after Tuesday\u2019s midterm battering. Christian conservatives, in particular, are recognizing that while Christ is and always will be on the throne, we\u2019ve got to put up a better fight against the people who would seek to destroy everything we hold dear.<\/p>\n<p>That\u2019s easier said than done when Democrats are essentially importing a permanent electorate for themselves. Texas is instructive. Democrats not only flipped the state blue, but they did so with millions of new voters. For three election cycles in a row, Republican Gov. Gregg Abbott garnered roughly the same number of votes, about 4.5 million. His previous two Democrat challengers got about the same vote totals too: Both Lupe Valdez and Beto O\u2019Rourke received about 3.5 million apiece in <a href=\"https:\/\/ballotpedia.org\/Texas_gubernatorial_election,_2018\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">2018<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/ballotpedia.org\/Texas_gubernatorial_election,_2022\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">2022<\/a>, respectively. This cycle, however, Democrat Gina Hinojosa <a href=\"https:\/\/ballotpedia.org\/Texas_gubernatorial_election,_2026\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">blew<\/a> Abbott and her party\u2019s predecessors out of the water <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/abomination1349\/status\/2118096116184940658\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">with 5.2 million votes<\/a>. <\/p>\n<p>There\u2019s no way to know how much of this was due to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/report-81-election-fraud-cases-brought-to-courts-30-active-cases\/\" title=\"Report: 81 election ... cases brought to courts, 30 active cases\">voter registration drives<\/a> and get-out-the-vote operations, versus blue-state exodus to Texas, versus noncitizen voter fraud. We know this fraud is <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2026\/11\/03\/nyt-our-elections-are-super-secure-also-look-at-all-these-noncitizens-who-voted-by-accident\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">happening<\/a> on some level, <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2026\/10\/20\/28-charged-in-noncitizen-voting-bust-hours-after-leslie-stahl-says-its-not-an-issue\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">despite the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/waukesha-restaurant-donates-all-friday-proceeds-to-families-impacted-by-christmas-parade-attack\/\" title=\"Waukesha Restaurant Donates All Friday Proceeds To ... Impacted By Christmas Parade Attack\">left-wing media\u2019<\/a>s obfuscation<\/a>, and it\u2019s aided and abetted by lawmakers stymieing efforts to require documentary proof of citizenship to vote. But even if fraud isn\u2019t the primary cause \u2014 and it likely isn\u2019t \u2014 unfettered immigration has driven up Americans\u2019 cost of living, dramatically fractured our cultural identity, and inflated population totals in sanctuary areas, giving Democrats <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/us\/musk-calls-out-unfair-blue-state-advantage-gained-illegal-immigration\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">more power<\/a> in Congress and the Electoral College. <\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s not just Texas; this is happening across the country. Generational Americans are being outnumbered by newcomers and finding their homeland increasingly unrecognizable. As my colleague Hayden Daniel <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2026\/11\/06\/mississippis-midterm-upset-proves-that-demographics-matter-now-more-than-ever\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">reported<\/a>, demographic shifts are even remaking deep-red Mississippi.<\/p>\n<p>That\u2019s because Democrats know demographics is destiny. They <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2025\/06\/19\/democrats-will-turn-every-illegal-alien-trump-doesnt-deport-into-a-voter\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">haven\u2019t been shy<\/a> about their <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2025\/08\/11\/democrats-promise-to-turn-illegal-aliens-into-voters\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">plans<\/a> to turn foreigners into blue voters with mass amnesty and rubber-stamped citizenship. As The Federalist\u2019s Brianna Lyman <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2025\/08\/11\/democrats-promise-to-turn-illegal-aliens-into-voters\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">wrote<\/a> last year, \u201cGiven the chance, Democrats will choose voter registration over deportation.\u201d After Tuesday\u2019s blue tsunami, it\u2019s only a matter of time.<\/p>\n<p>So what are conservatives to do? Deportations and election integrity are worthy Republican causes, and the GOP should pursue those policies at every opportunity. Polls showed immigration was the only <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/PollTracker2024\/status\/2117751085976924422\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">winning<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2026\/11\/05\/post-election-data-immigration-is-a-winning-issue-for-republicans\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">issue<\/a> for Republicans this election; they would be foolish to fall for <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/JDVance\/status\/2118004988433641835?s=20\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">amnesty<\/a> now, as some are already doing. But even deportations can only do so much when Democrats fling open the border every chance they get, and Republican lawmakers have shown they completely lack the cojones to ensure only citizens are casting a ballot. It\u2019s enraging to conservative voters who are antsy to do something productive.<\/p>\n<p>But there\u2019s one thing conservative Christians in particular can and should do an awful lot more of than we\u2019re doing now: Get busy and multiply.<\/p>\n<p>The media can mock the strategy, and cynical Christians can scoff at how long it would take to get the numbers and raise a brand new generation to defeat the iconoclasts. But make no mistake: The Democrats are playing the long game. And while they\u2019re waving the next generation of leftist \u201cAmericans\u201d across the Rio Grande, Christians all across the country are contracepting their way out of cultural renewal as they throw up their hands in defeat. <\/p>\n<p>Perhaps Christians should start asking ourselves why we get so indignant about James Talarico saying the Bible is \u201csilent on abortion,\u201d and so discouraged by states like Virginia enshrining anti-life radicalism into law, even as we go to great lengths to prevent new lives from forming in our marriage beds. We\u2019re quick to regard big families as weird, suppress our natural fertility, and even sterilize ourselves. And though we comfort ourselves with the fact that we would never kill a baby in the womb, we do everything in our power to ensure one never starts growing there in the first place, at least not until we\u2019re \u201cready\u201d for it. <\/p>\n<p>We should ask ourselves why. Comfort, careers, and control so often take priority, even if we don\u2019t realize it or want to admit it.<\/p>\n<p>All Christians should go and make disciples, but maybe we should start by making more under our own roofs. The Great Commission starts at home. Too many of us are going with the cultural contraceptive current with no regard to how it\u2019s affecting not only our families and our souls but also the future of our great country. <\/p>\n<p>The Bible teaches that children are a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.biblegateway.com\/passage\/?search=psalm%20139:13-16&#038;version=ESV\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">wonderfully made<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.biblegateway.com\/passage\/?search=james%201:17&#038;version=ESV\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">good and perfect gift from God<\/a>. They\u2019re <a href=\"https:\/\/www.biblegateway.com\/passage\/?search=psalm%20127:3-5&#038;version=ESV\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">a reward, a heritage, and a blessing<\/a>. If we really lived like that, there would be a lot more of us. <\/p>\n<p>And if there were a lot more of us, just imagine what we could do at the ballot box.<\/p>\n<hr>\n<p>      Kylee Griswold is the managing editor of The Federalist.
