What has become the issue is his relationship and his family relationship with the Muslim Brotherhood, which is banned in five Muslim countries.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cYou know, he wants to play the victim,\u201d Rogers continued. \u201cThis is not about that. This is about the way you think, not the way you pray. This is about your ideology and how dangerous it is.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>As previously reported, members of El-Sayed\u2019s family <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/caught-el-sayed-says-family-no-ties-muslim-brotherhood-sisters-devastating-tweets-surface\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">boast direct ties<\/a> to the Muslim Brotherhood.<\/p>\n<p>During the Sunday exchange between Bash and Rogers, the CNN host even played a recent town hall clip showing El-Sayed refusing to condemn the Muslim Brotherhood without qualification.<\/p>\n<p>In the clip, he was asked point-blank whether he would disown the organization, after which he went off on one of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/dem-senate-candidate-abdul-el-sayed-attempts-cover-past-comments-9-11\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">his typical tangents<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Though he started with \u201csure, yeah, absolutely\u201d when asked if he had the courage to condemn the Muslim Brotherhood, he rushed to change the story by asking the town hall guest \u201cwhy\u201d he was asking the question.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"en\">This is Tommy. Listen to the end to hear about his. https:\/\/t.co\/p09eMtsh0x<\/p>\n<p>\u2014 Dr. Abdul El-Sayed (@AbdulElSayed) <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/AbdulElSayed\/status\/2111627277578731885?\">October 18, 2026<\/a><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><script async src=\"https:\/\/platform.x.com\/widgets.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script><\/p>\n<p>After playing this clip, Bash had the nerve to act like it somehow disproved everything Rogers and the president have been saying about El-Sayed.<\/p>\n<p>But Rogers rightly refused to fall for the wannabe Muslim lawmaker\u2019s shtick.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHe didn\u2019t disavow it,\u201d Rogers rightly noted. \u201cHe goes on this word salad trying to get around the fact that he can\u2019t do it.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHe said, sure, yeah,\u201d Bash pushed back, debating Rogers in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/watch-crowd-angrily-speaks-moment-cnn-reporter-asks-jd-vance-question\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">typical CNN fashion<\/a> instead of interviewing him.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cDana, listen,\u201d Rogers replied. \u201cI don\u2019t know why the press is so eager to protect this guy.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cCongressman, I just want to be factual,\u201d Bash pushed back.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt\u2019s an ideology,\u201d Rogers responded. \u201cMy argument is, is that ideology something we should worry about? I think it is.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Bash then did the unthinkable and asked him \u201cwhy\u201d the American people should be worried about El-Sayed\u2019s Islamic ideology.<\/p>\n<p>Her <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/geraldo-rivera-roasted-asking-idiotic-question-ice-agents\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">stunningly ignorant question<\/a> required Rogers to explain the basics of Islam.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt\u2019s an ideology,\u201d he explained. \u201cIt\u2019s not about him being a Muslim. Remember the fact, Muslims here in the state call our office a lot and say we\u2019re terrified that a guy with this ideology goes to the United States Senate. I mean, that\u2019s, these are coming from Muslims in Michigan, let alone the five countries that banned the Muslim Brotherhood.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHe can\u2019t get away from it,\u201d Rogers continued. \u201cHis money comes from a group called CAIR, the Council for American-Islamic Relations, that supports the Muslim Brotherhood. He has money coming from these groups. And if you listen to that, he didn\u2019t disavow it. He didn\u2019t say no.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Of course he didn\u2019t.
