When I\u2019m not on the ballot \u2014 I guess it\u2019s a compliment \u2014 but people don\u2019t show up so much,\u201d he added, according to the <a href=\"https:\/\/georgiarecorder.com\/2026\/10\/16\/trump-urges-supporters-to-pretend-hes-on-the-ballot-as-he-campaigns-with-georgia-republicans\/\">Georgia Recorder<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Georgia Republican Party Chairman Josh McKoon said making the contest about Trump is a win for Republicans.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cFor the last decade, all the Democratic Party has done is define itself in opposition to Donald Trump,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSo I don\u2019t think there\u2019s anything new about that today. Mike Collins, a Republican who is trying to defeat Democratic incumbent Sen. Jon Ossoff.<\/p>\n<p>Trump also urged voters to elect Republican businessman Rick Jackson in the gubernatorial race. Jackson is battling Democratic former Atlanta Mayor Keisha Lance Bottoms, according to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fox5atlanta.com\/news\/trump-rallies-dalton-collins-jackson-ahead-midterms\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">WAGA-TV<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Collins said Ossoff is \u201ca guy who wants to talk like Obama, wants to look like a Kennedy, lie like Pinocchio, and vote like Bernie Sanders.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis guy has never seen a tax increase that he didn\u2019t like, a DSA candidate that he wouldn\u2019t support, a wide-open border that he doesn\u2019t like or a Bernie Sanders bill that he wouldn\u2019t vote for,\u201d Collins said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt\u2019s because he likes representing Hollywood Hills more than he does these North Georgia mountains.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cJon Ossoff, he ain\u2019t nothing but a test tube Democrat,\u201d Collins said. \u201cA test tube Democrat that was created in a lab by Chuck Schumer to make our life less safe, more expensive, and worse off.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Jackson said that during her tenure as mayor, Bottoms \u201csided with criminals over police.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMurders and crimes skyrocketed,\u201d Jackson said. \u201cPolice and entire communities were abandoned.\u201d<\/p>\n<p data-v-2c6143fb=\"\">During her tenure, he said, \u201cBusinesses closed.
