The Ukrainian president explained his views on the relationship between the US and Russian heads of state https:\/\/t.co\/LydswPxdYG https:\/\/t.co\/j6ByjyImYz<\/p>\n<p>\u2014 Financial Times (@FT) <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/FT\/status\/2110636191963918708?\">October 15, 2026<\/a><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><script async src=\"https:\/\/platform.x.com\/widgets.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script><\/p>\n<p>As noted by NBC News, Zelenskyy\u2019s comments came as Ukraine was temporarily unable to access Starshield \u2014 the military adaptation of SpaceX\u2019s Starlink.<\/p>\n<p>Zelenskyy noted that Russia launched a massive drone attack on Ukraine Wednesday \u201cand this comes precisely at a time when the speed of our defensive capabilities is being artificially restricted,\u201d referring to Starlink.<\/p>\n<p>In his Financial Times interview, Zelenskyy said Ukrainian officials were told that \u201cif you will not stop\u201d the energy strikes, \u201cwe will block intelligence.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>In a separate interview, he was asked if he believed the loss of satellite information was deliberate and whether he felt betrayed by Trump, according to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theguardian.com\/world\/2026\/oct\/14\/volodymyr-zelenskyy-feels-betrayed-by-donald-trump-over-starlink-access\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">The Guardian<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cReally, yes\u2026 but it\u2019s a little bit more complicated \u2060than just my emotions or my feelings,\u201d he said. \u201cIt\u2019s a pity that we are losing, we are losing a strong partner.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI am sure they knew what they did, absolutely.
