Democrats claim that noncitizen voting is a minor issue,but evidence suggests otherwise,wiht instances like New Jersey revealing over 6,600 noncitizens registered to vote,some of whom have cast ballots. State officials have taken steps to clean voter rolls, removing thousands of ineligible voters, but ongoing investigations indicate more ineligible registrations are being uncovered, including individuals who are ineligible due to age or incarceration. Public opinion in New Jersey favors stricter ID requirements to prevent ineligible voting, yet democrats oppose measures like the SAVE America Act, which would enforce such protections nationwide. Nationally, the Department of Justice has charged dozens of noncitizens and others with illegal voting and registration crimes. States like North Carolina are actively investigating potential noncitizen voters to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/press-secy-psaki-falsely-claims-election-integrity-laws-are-voter-suppression\/\" title=\"Press Secy. Psaki falsely claims election integrity laws are \u2018...r suppression...\">uphold election integrity<\/a>. these issues underscore ongoing efforts and debates regarding election security and voter eligibility.  <\/p>\n<p class=\"readmore\">\n    <button onclick=\"showReadMore()\" id=\"readmorebtn\">Read more&#8230;<\/button>\n<\/p>\n<hr id=\"line\">\n<span id=\"more\"><\/p>\n<div>\n<p>Democrats insist that noncitizens voting is a <a href=\"https:\/\/whyy.org\/articles\/us-election-2024-noncitizen-voting\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">nonissue.<\/a> They\u2019re wrong. And they\u2019re lying. <\/p>\n<p>In the parlance of the <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2026\/07\/16\/joe-bidens-autopen-has-written-a-memoir\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">autopen president,<\/a> it\u2019s a big (expletive deleted) deal. <\/p>\n<p>Even one illegally cast ballot robs the rightful vote of legal voter. We\u2019ve seen a lot of robbing of late. <\/p>\n<figure><\/figure>\n<p>You need look no further than <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2026\/08\/11\/new-jerseys-software-error-that-registered-6600-noncitizens-is-no-accident\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">New Jersey<\/a>. In July, Democrat Gov. Mikie Sherrill was forced to admit that the Garden State\u2019s dirty voter rolls included <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2026\/07\/22\/doj-demands-answers-on-new-jersey-voter-roll-scandal\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">6,600 noncitizens<\/a> that had been registered to vote in 2023 and 2024. Sherrill said about 340 of the foreign nationals went on to vote in elections. <\/p>\n<p>At least those are the numbers the leftist governor gave. She\u2019s been <a href=\"https:\/\/newjerseymonitor.com\/2026\/09\/23\/republicans-lawsuit-records-noncitizen-voting\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">less than cooperative<\/a> in providing the receipts. GOP lawmakers and activists who pushed Sherrill to disclose New Jersey\u2019s voter registration \u201cglitch\u201d believe there are a lot more noncitizens in the system. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cNow, election officials are hiding the records that would tell voters how it happened,\u201d Republican National Committee Chairman Joe Gruters <a href=\"https:\/\/newjerseymonitor.com\/2026\/09\/23\/republicans-lawsuit-records-noncitizen-voting\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">said<\/a> in a statement. \u201cThe RNC won\u2019t stand for it. Garden State voters deserve the truth, and we\u2019re taking these left-wing officials to court to demand answers.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>In August, the governor claimed elections officials had removed more than 5,000 ineligible registrants from the voter rolls and referred another 1,450 registrations to county election offices for review. <\/p>\n<p>Wouldn\u2019t you know it, more ineligible voters have popped up. Funny what you find when you bother to look. <\/p>\n<h2>But Wait, There\u2019s More \u2026<\/h2>\n<p>Last week, Sherrill provided an <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/photo\/?fbid=1578621170973864&#038;set=a.244133117756016\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">update<\/a> on the investigation into the voter registration debacle. She noted that another 750 registrations were sent through to the state\u2019s voter rolls even though the registrants noted on their forms they were not of age to vote. The review found that the individuals were in fact old enough to vote but selected the wrong button on the registration PIN pad. But the errors further expose a flawed system that has allowed thousands of noncitizens and other ineligible individuals to land on the voter rolls. <\/p>\n<p>The review caught another 340 improperly registered individuals. Some 60 were \u201cserving a sentence of incarceration for an indictable offense,\u201d Sherrill acknowledged. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cMy Administration continues to move aggressively to fix the serious system error at the Motor Vehicle Commission (MVC) left behind by the previous administration to ensure our elections remain free, fair, and secure,\u201d the governor said in a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/photo\/?fbid=1578621170973864&#038;set=a.244133117756016\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">press release<\/a>. \u201cI promised we would be thorough to ensure that no one who is ineligible remains on the voter rolls, and that every eligible voter has their voice heard.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Republicans aren\u2019t so sanguine about the Sherrill administration\u2019s efforts. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cEvery time they look, they find more. New Jerseyans deserve a full accounting of what happened to their voter rolls \u2014 not a press release that spins a growing problem as a victory,\u201d the New Jersey Assembly GOP shot back on its <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/NJAssemblyGOP\/posts\/governor-mikie-sherrill-issued-a-press-release-at-3-pm-today-to-announce-mvc-vot\/1578621707640477\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Facebook page.<\/a> <\/p>\n<h2>\u2018One Too Many\u2019<\/h2>\n<p>New Jersey\u2019s messy voter rolls scream for voter identification, according to the vast majority of Garden State residents. A Rutgers-Eagleton <a href=\"https:\/\/eagletonpoll.rutgers.edu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/10\/Rutgers-Eagleton-Poll-Election-Confidence-and-Voter-Requirements-10.13.26-FINAL-PUBLIC-PDF.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">poll<\/a> released on Tuesday finds more than four in five respondents support or strongly support requiring photo identification to vote in person and documentary proof of citizenship to register. <\/p>\n<p>The results mirror national sentiments. <\/p>\n<p>But Democratic Party politicians stridently stand against the will of the people. And RINOs in the U.S. Senate refuse to fight for the <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2026\/05\/05\/3-clever-ways-to-pass-the-save-america-act-if-republicans-keep-stonewalling\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">SAVE America Act,<\/a> which would require documentary proof of citizenship to register and vote in U.S elections. <\/p>\n<p>While Democrats keep pushing the talking point that noncitizens rarely show up on voter rolls, a Reuters <a href=\"https:\/\/www.usnews.com\/news\/politics\/articles\/2026-10-13\/exclusive-us-justice-department-threatens-california-over-alleged-noncitizen-voters-letter-shows\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">review<\/a> last month found states have added more than 30,000 noncitizens to their registration databases since 2000. Election integrity advocates say that\u2019s an extremely conservative estimate. <\/p>\n<figure>\n<p><span><\/p>\n<blockquote data-width=\"500\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<div lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">\n<p>Today is October 14, 2026, and we still need to pass the SAVE America Act.<\/p>\n<p>Democrats in both chambers of Congress oppose it.<\/p>\n<p>Don\u2019t elect Democrats. <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/wQ9BOSxTuz\">https:\/\/t.co\/wQ9BOSxTuz<\/a><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>\u2014 Mike Lee (@BasedMikeLee) <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/BasedMikeLee\/status\/2110403013018112160?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">October 14, 2026<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><\/span> <\/p>\n<\/figure>\n<p>The numbers nationwide keep adding up. <\/p>\n<p>On Monday, the Department of Justice announced 16 more people, including an illegal alien, have been charged \u201cin connection with illegal voting, fraudulent voter registration, and related election crimes across the country.\u201d Most of the accused are noncitizens, the DOJ said in a report, including a woman from New Jersey who prosecutors allege was not U.S. citizen at the time she voted. <\/p>\n<p>In North Carolina, the State Board of Elections on Tuesday said it will send letters to nearly 1,400 registered voters identified as potential noncitizens. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cMaintaining accurate voter rolls and ensuring that only U.S. citizens participate in our elections are fundamental duties of the State Board,\u201d <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wect.com\/2026\/10\/13\/nc-elections-board-notify-1392-voters-flagged-potential-non-citizens\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">said<\/a> Sam Hayes, executive director of the North Carolina State Board of Elections. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhile these registrations represent a small percentage of our voter rolls, one ineligible registrant is still one too many.
