Ilhan Omar, a Minnesota Democrat, has begun fundraising by fearmongering to her base about the Trump administration\u2019s allegedly \u201cpartisan investigation\u201d into her.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cStand with Ilhan Omar,\u201d one fundraising  sent to her supporters and constituents on Monday read, according to <a href=\"https:\/\/thehill.com\/homenews\/campaign\/6144996-omar-house-raid-investigation-fundraising\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">The Hill<\/a>. \u201cDonald Trump and DHS have opened a baseless, partisan investigation into Ilhan Omar, and she needs us by her side as they escalate their attacks.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cChip in whatever you can to make sure Ilhan can beat Trump and keep fighting for our progressive values in Congress,\u201d the  continued.<\/p>\n<p>In another fundraising  reviewed by Liz Collin of Alpha News, the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/alert-tim-walz-says-leaving-politics-announces-will-never-run\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Minnesota Democrat<\/a> spoke to her constituents in the first person:<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"en\">NEW: In a new fundraising , Congresswoman Ilhan Omar blames \u201cDonald Trump\u2019s fascism\u201d for a raid at her DC home. https:\/\/t.co\/qL3DZ7mA7t<\/p>\n<p>\u2014 Liz Collin (@lizcollin) <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/lizcollin\/status\/2109756989983089112?\">October 12, 2026<\/a><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><script async src=\"https:\/\/platform.x.com\/widgets.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script><\/p>\n<p>\u201cFriend, Donald Trump\u2019s fascism and abuse of power has now come to my literal front door,\u201d Omar wrote. \u201cThis morning, DHS agents <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/breaking-ilhan-omars-dc-home-raided-dhs\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">raided and searched<\/a> my home in the DC area as the latest step in their ludicrous, partisan investigation into my immigration status.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI have been in Trump\u2019s crosshairs for years, but now he is escalating in a desperate attempt to drag me and the entire progressive movement down ahead of the midterms,\u201d the congresswoman continued. \u201cThis is a critical moment for our democracy, and we must be decisive.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>She concluded by asking her supporters to \u201crush\u201d to split a donation \u201cbetween me and the Congressional Progressive Caucus PAC, to help me fight back in the face of Trump\u2019s abuse of power.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The Congressional Progressive Caucus PAC (CPC PAC) is not the same thing as the Congressional Progressive Caucus (CPC).<\/p>\n<p>Omar has reportedly also been \u201cspam texting\u201d her supporters:<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"en\">IIhan Omar is sending out spam text messages trying to fundraise off of her being a criminal.<br \/> Hasn\u2019t she already taken enough of our money? https:\/\/t.co\/Bvqhn9yswR<\/p>\n<p>\u2014 Manhattan Mingle (@ManhattanMingle) <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/ManhattanMingle\/status\/2109825760303141085?\">October 13, 2026<\/a><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><script async src=\"https:\/\/platform.x.com\/widgets.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script><\/p>\n<p>All this comes after Homeland Security Investigations, a sub-agency of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, raided and searched the congresswoman\u2019s home early Monday morning.<\/p>\n<p>The raid occurred as part of an investigation into possible criminal immigration fraud by Omar, according to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonpost.com\/nation\/2026\/10\/12\/federal-agents-search-rep-ilhan-omars-dc-home\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">The Washington Post<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>While speaking last month with conservative commentator Benny Johnson, Homeland Security Secretary <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/dhs-secretary-markwayne-mullin-says-ilhan-omar-married-brother-somethings-going-happen\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Markwayne Mullin<\/a> confirmed there was an \u201congoing investigation\u201d into Omar and that \u201csomething\u2019s going to happen.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThere may be more to this \u2014 the whole family migration, and possibly some illegal activity for them to come to the United States to begin with,\u201d he said, according to The Washington Post. \u201cIf we can prove it \u2014 that you shouldn\u2019t have been here in the first place \u2014 we\u2019ll deport you.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Congressional Republicans, including House Intelligence Committee Chairman Rick Crawford, have also begun leaning into the narrative that Omar is <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/somalis-ilhan-omars-muscle-man-admits-part-300-million-somali-scam-pleads-guilty\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">guilty of something<\/a>. Crawford alleged to Johnson on Monday that the congresswoman is the \u201cpatriarch of a criminal enterprise\u201d:<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"en\">House Intelligence Committee Chairman tells us Ilhan Omar is a \u201cCounter Terrorism Threat\u201d and should have never have been allowed to become a U.S. Citizen and should be denaturalized and deported.<\/p>\n<p>Rep.
