Oct. 5 released a comprehensive report detailing how the Biden administration weaponized systems of government to silence parents from speaking out about obstructions of justice they experienced within the educational establishment.<\/p>\n<p class=\"LexicalEditorTheme__paragraph\">Attorney General\u00a0Todd Blanche\u00a0released, \u201cThe 2026 Report to Expose the Weaponization of Government Against Parents in Schools\u201d and <a class=\"LexicalEditorTheme__link\" href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/AGToddBlanche\/status\/2107116465329459225?s=20\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">posted<\/a> it to X on Oct. 5.<\/p>\n<p class=\"LexicalEditorTheme__paragraph\">In conjunction with Executive Order 14147, the 273-page <a class=\"LexicalEditorTheme__link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.justice.gov\/opa\/media\/1464201\/dl?inline\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">report<\/a> exposes how then Biden-era Attorney General Merrick Garland issued a memorandum at the urging of the National School Boards Association (NSBA) and White House officials to threaten and prosecute parents.<\/p>\n<p class=\"LexicalEditorTheme__paragraph\">The Biden administration weaponized the DOJ against parents who tried to blow the whistle that leadership actions within school systems could be unconstitutional, Blanche said in his post, citing the department\u2019s report.<\/p>\n<p class=\"LexicalEditorTheme__paragraph\">\u201cAlong with the report, we\u2019ve released hundreds of exhibits and s that make official and verify what many Americans had guessed: the Garland DOJ worked hand in hand with WH officials and the National School Boards Association to chill free speech and parental rights while they threatened to prosecute parents and label them domestic terrorists,\u201d Blanche said in X post.<\/p>\n<p class=\"LexicalEditorTheme__paragraph\">After Garland sent out his memorandum, the FBI opened a number of investigations into so-called \u201cschool board threats,\u201d the report states.<\/p>\n<p class=\"LexicalEditorTheme__paragraph\">The Bureau investigated a mother because she belonged to a \u201cright-wing mom\u2019s group\u201d and \u201cis a gun owner\u201d and a father because \u201che rail[ed] against the government,\u201d the report finds.<\/p>\n<p class=\"LexicalEditorTheme__paragraph\">Parents were labeled as \u201cdomestic terrorists\u201d or \u201cviolent protestors\u201d for voicing objections at their local school board meeting about COVID-19 restrictions, transgender ideology, Critical Race Theory in curriculums, and DEI policies implemented in their districts, according to the report.<\/p>\n<p class=\"LexicalEditorTheme__paragraph\">A 2021 <a class=\"LexicalEditorTheme__link\" href=\"https:\/\/defendinged.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/Letter.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">letter<\/a> from NSBA to then-President Joe Biden encouraged the federal government to treat certain speech as \u201ccriminal\u201d and request \u201cactions against\u201d those parents including prosecuting those who protested school board activities as \u201cengaging in domestic terrorism,\u201d the report reads.<\/p>\n<p class=\"LexicalEditorTheme__paragraph\">One example of Biden admin\u2019s actions detailed in the report was when a father was arrested as a \u201cdomestic terrorist\u201d and imprisoned after his special-needs daughter was brutally raped by a man wearing a dress in a female restroom.<\/p>\n<p class=\"LexicalEditorTheme__paragraph\">The father was silenced from speaking out about the school district\u2019s failure to report the rape, and admit that the leftist policies to accommodate LGBTQ identifying individuals allowed it to happen in the
