Thes complaints, filed in various U.S.courts between august and October 2026, represent the largest single-period effort under the Trump management. The individuals ranged in age from mid-30s to mid-70s and originated from multiple countries, including Mexico, Colombia, the UK, Pakistan, India, and others. Their crimes included sexual abuse, manslaughter, espionage, and fraud. Attorney General Todd Blanche and Assistant Attorney General Brett Shumate emphasized that these individuals lied to obtain U.S. citizenship and that the department aims to protect national security and uphold the integrity of the citizenship process.
