But you know what, it\u2019s damn good.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"YouTube video player\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/bNGo3YGbjug?si=dBZ1QKoYYyseLTH3\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Kimmel\u2019s obsession with bashing Trump has cost him viewers and respect, and could even result in his program being terminated for good.<\/p>\n<p>A little over three weeks ago, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/jimmy-kimmel-faces-eye-popping-budget-cuts-keep-show-alive-learns-americans-just-dont-care-anymore\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">reports surfaced<\/a> that Kimmel was being forced to make drastic budget cuts or face cancellation.<\/p>\n<p>Disney executives delivered a \u201cstern message\u201d demanding that he slash 20 percent of his spending.<\/p>\n<p>The program costs about $100 million to produce, similar to \u201cThe Late Show with Stephen Colbert,\u201d which CBS cancelled last fall due to poor ratings.<\/p>\n<p>Kimmel could cut 90 percent of the show\u2019s budget, and it still wouldn\u2019t change the fact that he\u2019s alienated half the country while damaging ABC\u2019s brand in the process.<\/p>\n<p>Why would conservatives ever watch future ABC programming after seeing their leaders, their faith, and their political beliefs constantly ridiculed, while their liberal counterparts are always hailed as heroes?<\/p>\n<p>Kimmel would probably get away with his Trump bashing if he gave Democrats and members of the media the same treatment. It\u2019s called \u201ccomedy.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>But he\u2019d rather blame conservatives for most of America\u2019s problems, while exhibiting a false \u201cgood guy\u201d persona, despite spewing political bile almost every week.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"YouTube video player\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/aSMsdfY5B8s?si=qH3A2puNBmVEB_rB&#038;start=10\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>The country isn\u2019t buying it anymore. It\u2019s not 2006. The days of network dominance are done.<\/p>\n<p>With so many options out there, why would anyone willingly choose to watch Kimmel? There\u2019s no innovation and no broad appeal, and his jokes aren\u2019t even funny.<\/p>\n<p>Even liberals must be sick of it by now.<\/p>\n<p>Despite wearing a suit and reading a teleprompter, Kimmel is not a journalist. He\u2019s not a brilliant political strategist or commentator either. Just because he says it, doesn\u2019t make it so.<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s despicable the way that Kimmel, and his colleagues, think they are the answer to our nation\u2019s troubles.<\/p>\n<p>Their arrogance is extremely off-putting to everyday people.
