Along with a board, the group determines when the two organizations can hold meetings and what speakers they can have on campus.<\/p>\n<p>Women of Victory noted issues with being under Wynn given doctrinal differences.<\/p>\n<p>The lawsuit read, \u201cVSU\u2019s Policy appointing a single Campus Minister to govern all Christian activities, and only Christian activities, at VSU violates Plaintiffs\u2019 free exercise, establishment, expressive association, free speech, free assembly, and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/calif-high-school-athletes-sue-for-right-to-play-indoor-sports\/\" title=\"Calif. high school athletes sue for right to play indoor sports\">equal protection rights<\/a> under the First and Fourteenth Amendments to the United States Constitution.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The decision was made for the organizations \u201cbecause you purport Jesus Christ and faith,\u201d with the lawsuit alleging this does not impact any non-Christian groups.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNotably, the Policy explicitly exempts the Muslim Students Association and the VSU Community Faith Alliance \u2014 the only non-Christian religious organizations at VSU \u2014 from its authority.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The allegations get worse regarding how much say Campus Ministries has in their affairs.<\/p>\n<p>Faculty advisors can \u201ccontrol the content and administration of religious events on campus,\u201d and Wynn has \u201cauthority to determine what beliefs and practices are acceptable in the Christian faith.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Women of Victory cannot even have informal meetups without approval despite them not being prohibited in any policy.<\/p>\n<p>Wynn is allegedly so controlling that he tried to stop one of their events in April because he disagreed with the subject matter.<\/p>\n<p>Both Women of Victory and Bethel Campus Fellowship are represented by the Alliance Defending Freedom. In a <a href=\"https:\/\/adflegal.org\/press-release\/campus-clubs-sue-virginia-university-for-prejudice-against-christians\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">news release,<\/a> ADF Senior Counsel Tyson Langhofer commented, \u201cThe First Amendment clearly establishes the right of all student organizations to associate around d beliefs.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe students of Women of Victory and Bethel Campus Fellowship are right to stand up to university officials and hold them accountable for violating their fundamental rights.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Why are a bunch of administrators \u2014 overpaid, egotistical, and controlling \u2014 meddling in the affairs of a student group for their faith?<\/p>\n<p>The better question is perhaps why they are not monitoring proponents of a faith that\u2019s been a blight on the planet since its inception.<\/p>\n<p>Islamic doctrine advocates for violence, child abuse, slavery, rape, and conquest.<\/p>\n<p>Contrasting the central figures of Christianity and Islam makes it clear where the real problem lies.<\/p>\n<p>Jesus Christ said to \u201clove your enemies and pray for those who persecute you\u201d in Matthew 5:44. His enemies would later crucify Him.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/sunnah.com\/bukhari:3453\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Muhammad<\/a> spent his last moments cursing Christians and Jews.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOn his death bed Allah\u2019s Messenger put a sheet over his face and when he felt hot, he would remove it from his face. When in that state (of putting and removing the sheet) he said, \u2018May Allah\u2019s Curse be on the Jews and the Christians for they build places of worship at the graves of their prophets.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n<p>One died for a world that hated Him upon a cross.
