DHS is calling on Governor Abigail Spanberger and her <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/ice-launches-operation-midway-blitz-to-protect-chicago\/\" title=\"... Field Office Director Robert Guadian added, \u201cOscar Evaristo Nunez is charged with some disgusting and horrifying crimes and represents a significant threat to the members of our Northern Virginia communities.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhen local officials refuse to work with ICE and honor our detainers, they are prioritizing politics over the safety of their neighborhoods,\u201d he said. \u201cIn this case, they refused to honor our detainer and allowed an alleged child sex predator to potentially re-offend until ICE officers could take him off the streets.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The federal government said Nunez \u2014 whose age was not released \u2014 illegally entered the U.S. through the southern border in 2003.<\/p>\n<p>Virginia\u2019s Democratic Gov.
