She said most people tend to focus on what\u2019s happening with the children.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cAnd I think the passport thing doesn\u2019t necessarily get [the] media and voters all that excited because it deals with adults,\u201d Doescher said. \u201cBut the issue is with the children, right?
