Earlier this month, Desronvil held the line during deliberations, refusing to let Clancy go. A mistrial was declared in the case.<\/p>\n<p>That put Desronvil in the sights of nearly every Clancy supporter, mainstream media outlets across the country, and Reddington himself.<\/p>\n<p>According to <a href=\"https:\/\/people.com\/lindsay-clancy-robbed-holdout-juror-attorney-kevin-reddington-says-12108611\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">People<\/a>, Reddington said Desronvil \u201crobbed\u201d Clancy and his fellow jurors through his actions. A separate <a href=\"https:\/\/www.msn.com\/en-us\/news\/other\/lindsay-clancy-s-attorney-wants-lone-holdout-juror-investigated-by-judge\/ar-AA2cGHzc\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">report<\/a> from People noted that Reddington also filed a motion to investigate Desronvil, asking Judge William Sullivan on Sept. 18 to look at his cell phone data usage.<\/p>\n<p>Needless to say, Reddington has been targeting Desronvil, but his attorney Edward Paltzik said his client intends to act.<\/p>\n<p>When being interviewed by Fox News\u2019 Kayleigh McEnany, she asked if Paltzik intended to file a bar complaint to which he responded, \u201cone hundred percent.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.theethicsreporter.com\/how-to\/file-bar-complaint\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">The Ethics Reporter<\/a> explained, \u201cA bar complaint is a <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3YuVZYV\" >formal written complaint submitted<\/a> to your state\u2019s attorney discipline authority alleging that an attorney has violated the professional conduct rules that govern lawyers in your state.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The organization noted that this is not a lawsuit, although it \u201cmay result in the attorney being publicly censured, suspended, or disbarred.\u201d<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"en\">EXCLUSIVE: The attorney for the lone holdout juror in the Lindsay Clancy trial speaks to Fox News for the first time, telling Kayleigh McEnany that Clancy\u2019s lawyer, Kevin Reddington, could face a bar complaint over his conduct involving the lone holdout juror, Michael Desronvil.\u2026 <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/OxQWAVJjFl\">pic.twitter.com\/OxQWAVJjFl<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2014 Fox News (@FoxNews) <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/FoxNews\/status\/2104524935037120996?\">September 28, 2026<\/a><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><script async src=\"https:\/\/platform.x.com\/widgets.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script><\/p>\n<p>Paltzik did address lawsuits when McEnany asked about defamation, but concluded, \u201cIt\u2019s a bit early to talk about lawsuits.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBut I can say this.
