To Bully State Officials Into Allowing The Mutilation Of Children\">gender affirming care<\/a>, in particular for children and youth.\u201d Children can\u2019t get their genitals mutilated, so the state must act.<\/p>\n<div id=\"fdrlst__b89e9-1472241069\" class=\"d-flex justify-content-center fdrlst__b89e9-paragraph-2 fdrlst__b89e9-entity-placement\">\n<div id=\"div-gpt-ad-1463670073398-0\" class=\"mb-30\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Respondents are required to have administrative experience in the field of youth genital mutilation, being required to submit an application that describes \u201cyour organization\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3YuVZYV\" >experience providing culturally competent services<\/a> to transgender, gender-diverse, and intersex (TGI) communities, including gender affirming care,\u201d which has to include particular experience with \u201ccommunities of color\u201d and people who speak limited English.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Every theme comes together: government spending outsourced to non-profit corporations, transgender kids, taxpayer-funded abortions for the gender diverse, public services for people who just showed up and need a translator to get their free government money. If you\u2019re wondering how California is governed, it\u2019s governed like this.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Note especially Section E of the RFI, which makes all applications exempt from disclosure under the state\u2019s public records law.
