70,000 members, is the second-largest in the United States, eclipsed only by Minnesota.<\/p>\n<p>The discovery comes as the federal government investigates widespread welfare fraud by the Somali community in and around Minneapolis.<\/p>\n<p>The Treasury Department raised the alarm over the schemes earlier this year, vowing efforts to \u201ccrack down on fraud and recover taxpayer dollars in
