The FCC argues that the lawsuit is premature as no enforcement action has been decided, and halting the review would obstruct investigations into possible legal violations by Disney and ABC. renewal until 2028 at the earliest.\u00a0But FCC Chairman<a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"
