However, after USPS finalized its regulation this week, <a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/news\/justice\/4701530\/24-states-sue-block-usps-mail-in-ballot-rule-midterm-elections\/\">24 states refiled a lawsuit <\/a>over the rule.
