Nearly three-quarters of likely Republican voters view Fetterman favorably, compared to 63% for McCormick. Despite his popularity among Republicans, Fetterman has experienced a sharp decline in support from Democrats in Pennsylvania, with only 22% now viewing him favorably, down from 74% in 2024. Conversely, his support among Republicans has surged from 25% to 73%. Fetterman\u2019s controversial stances, particularly criticizing his party and defending Israel, have alienated him from the Democratic base. While he denies planning to leave the Democratic Party, he has hinted at a possible switch to Republican or self-reliant status.
