Between 2022 and 2026, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.news9.com\/crime\/what-we-know-about-okc-man-accused-in-3-sexual-assaults-cases\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Ghanaian migrant<\/a> Jeff Kofi Asare accumulated a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.oscn.net\/dockets\/Results.aspx?db=all&#038;lname=asare&#038;fname=jeff\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">hefty criminal record<\/a> in Oklahoma with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/us\/repeat-offender-7-prior-convictions-arrested-3-times-12-days-alleged-attacks-women\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">7 convictions<\/a> and a litany of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.yahoo.com\/news\/us\/articles\/repeat-offender-7-prior-convictions-170331780.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">charges<\/a> including larceny, trespass, and resisting an officer. Asare saw little jail time for most of these offenses and spent a total of 75 days incarcerated for two breaking-and-entering convictions despite repeated criminal activity escalating in severity, which culminated in an <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3YuVZYV\" >alleged depraved sexual assault spree earlier<\/a> this month.<\/p>\n<p>On Aug. 1, he was <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/us\/repeat-offender-7-prior-convictions-arrested-3-times-12-days-alleged-attacks-women\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">arrested<\/a> for sexual battery and indecent exposure after allegedly <a href=\"https:\/\/www.koco.com\/article\/oklahoma-city-man-arrested-for-alleged-sexual-attacks\/73439541\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">gropin<\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/www.koco.com\/article\/oklahoma-city-man-arrested-for-alleged-sexual-attacks\/73439541\">g<\/a> two women near a bus stop and was subsequently released pre-trial. On Aug. 6, he was again arrested for sexual battery for allegedly groping a woman near a park and again released pre-trial. On Aug. 12, he was arrested for attempted rape after firefighters heard screams and rescued a woman, allegedly from his clutches.<\/p>\n<p>Like Iryna Zarutska before them, these four alleged victims, who were simply trying to board a bus or take a walk in a park, made the reasonable but increasingly inaccurate assumption that they were not in the presence of a violent criminal who had been arrested and released numerous times.<\/p>\n<figure>\n<p><span><\/p>\n<blockquote data-width=\"500\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<div lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">\n<p>Jeff Kofi Asare was arrested THREE times in just the past two weeks for allegedly r*ping women in Oklahoma. The anti-incarceration movement is a left-wing initiative aimed at transforming society by reorganizing government around welfare programs as opposed to criminal justice. For them, decarceration must occur for the left\u2019s alternative social order of community organizations, programs, and redistributive institutions to grow. As University of Minnesota Law Professor Amna Akbar <a href=\"https:\/\/racism.org\/articles\/law-and-justice\/34-law-and-justice-generally\/2167-toward-a-radical-imagination-of-law\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">put it<\/a>, they are set on \u201cfundamentally transforming the relationship among state, market, and society\u201d by \u201cshrinking the space of governance now reserved for policing, surveillance, and mass incarceration.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Some blame the judges for what happened to these four women. Some <a href=\"https:\/\/benchreceipts.com\/behenna-prosecutorial-delay-asare\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">blame<\/a> Oklahoma County DA Vicki Behenna, a Democrat. The reality is much darker. While these individuals played a role in the carnage, the entire Oklahoma County justice system has failed to protect citizens from Asare for years because of a sprawling \u201ccriminal justice reform\u201d infrastructure that is part of a broader left-wing, anti-incarceration movement.<\/p>\n<p>This infrastructure begins with eight-figure donations from a wealthy oil-fortune \u201cheiress\u201d and extends all the way to the office of Oklahoma Attorney General Gentner Drummond. Notably, Drummond is competing in Tuesday\u2019s runoff to become the Oklahoma Republican nominee for governor.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Following the Money Driving Oklahoma\u2019s \u2018Criminal Justice Reform\u2019<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>In the name of \u201ccriminal justice reform,\u201d left-wing activists inside Oklahoma County have spent years building an infrastructure designed to keep criminals out of jail. The Arnall Family Foundation was the driving force behind that transformation. Its <a href=\"https:\/\/www.arnallfamilyfoundation.org\/who-we-are\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">founder<\/a>, Sue Ann Arnall, ex-wife of oil tycoon Harold Hamm, is the founder and chairwoman of Diversion Hub, an organization devoted to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.koco.com\/article\/okc-diversion-hub-expansion-break-cycle-povertyincarceration\/69076412\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">diverting<\/a> \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/OKDiversionHub\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">justice-involved individuals<\/a>\u201d from prison sentences to community programs.<\/p>\n<p>The foundation <a href=\"https:\/\/www.arnallfamilyfoundation.org\/post\/diversion-hub-cuts-the-ribbon-on-new-maps4-funded-facility\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">says<\/a> it has given Diversion Hub more than $56 million.<\/p>\n<p>Arnall is also a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.southwestledger.news\/news\/teem-work-yields-new-beginning-new-future\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">primary donor<\/a> behind The Education and Employment Ministry (TEEM),which operates <a href=\"https:\/\/www.oklahoman.com\/story\/news\/2023\/08\/06\/oklahoma-county-diversion-hub-okc-maps-4-expansion-incarceration-rates\/70490113007\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">hand-in-hand<\/a> with Diversion Hub. These two entities <a href=\"https:\/\/www.teem.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">represent<\/a> the left-wing alternative to incarceration and are <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kosu.org\/teem-bond-support\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">official<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/okcfox.com\/news\/local\/city-opens-19-million-maps-4-diversion-hub-to-ease-pressure-on-oklahoma-county-jail\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">contractors<\/a> with Oklahoma County.<\/p>\n<p>The infrastructure also involves local judges. Arnall <a href=\"https:\/\/journalrecord.com\/2019\/05\/01\/around-town-join-teem-steering-committees-invitation-to-lunch-may-15\/?utm_source=chatgpt.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">has worked<\/a> with District Judge Cindy Truong on an <a href=\"https:\/\/journalrecord.com\/2018\/10\/25\/philanthropists-inducted-into-hall-of-honor\/?utm_source=chatgpt.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">own-recognizance<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/journalrecord.com\/2017\/11\/08\/courts-help-alleviate-overcrowded-jail-with-or-bonds\/?utm_source=chatgpt.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">bond program<\/a> intended to free defendants who could not afford bail. In 2024, Truong <a href=\"https:\/\/www.oklahoman.com\/story\/news\/2024\/05\/06\/rape-victim-says-oklahoma-county-district-judge-cindy-truong-failed-her\/73544598007\/?gnt-cfr=1&#038;gca-cat=p&#038;gca-uir=true&#038;gca-epti=z1141xxe1141xxv003540d--39--b--39--&#038;gca-ft=240&#038;gca-ds=sophi\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">came under intense criticism<\/a> after releasing on a TEEM bond a repeat offender who had admitted guilt following his third arrest for illegal possession of a firearm. The man, Andre Hunter, subsequently kidnapped and raped a Lyft driver.<\/p>\n<p>Now, it has happened again. Among Asare\u2019s many inexplicable releases leading up to his recent alleged sexual assault spree, Truong was the judge who <a href=\"https:\/\/www.news9.com\/crime\/what-we-know-about-okc-man-accused-in-3-sexual-assaults-cases\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">released<\/a> Asare in March 2025 following his arrest for trespassing and obstructing an officer. Once again, the release was into the TEEM program. Truong released Asare despite the case involving <a href=\"https:\/\/www.oscn.net\/dockets\/Results.ashx?db=oklahoma&#038;lname=asare&#038;fname=jeff&#038;sc=DATEFILED&#038;sd=ASC\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">his fifth arrest<\/a> in just over two years.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Arnall\u2019s Politics and The Gentner Drummond Connection<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Arnall\u2019s influence goes well beyond diversion programs into the state\u2019s political establishment. In addition to contributing to Truong, public records show she has donated more than $900,000 to candidates and PACs since 2016, almost all of it going to Democrats (including <a href=\"https:\/\/www.muskogeepolitico.com\/2017\/12\/cornett-super-pac-being-funded-by.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Hillary Clinton<\/a>) and moderate Republicans.<\/p>\n<p>Most recently, Arnall <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/thecalvincooli1\/status\/2089826028122161265\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">hosted a July 2025 fundraiser for Drummond<\/a>, and in April 2026, <a href=\"https:\/\/journalrecord.com\/2026\/04\/08\/oklahoma-county-diversion-hub-opioid-abatement-grant\/?utm_source=chatgpt.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Oklahoma County received a three-year, $900,000 grant from Drummond\u2019s office<\/a> for a program operated in partnership with Diversion Hub, funding three new positions at Arnall\u2019s organization.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Why The Left Intentionally Sets Violent Criminals Free<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>For the left, the relevant question when it comes to criminal law is not whether punishment works to deter criminals or protect the public; it is whose power is increased and whose is diminished by the criminal justice system. Reducing incarceration and shrinking policing are thus the mechanisms by which power is stripped from traditional, intrinsically right-leaning institutions (such as police) and given to alternative, leftist-controlled social welfare organizations. You are making the proper connections if organizations like TEEM and Diversion Hub come to mind when you read this.<\/p>\n<p>Defeating these forces of societal entropy is achievable as awareness of the dangerous pro-crime attitudes of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/florida-is-open-new-york-is-closed-and-ny-has-more-covid-deaths\/\" title=\"Florida Is Open, New York Is Closed, And NY Has More COVID Deaths\">left-wing politicians<\/a> and judges is becoming more apparent.
