He later reintroduced articles in July 2019, accusing Trump of attacking four Democratic congresswomen of color. Because the measure was introduced as a privileged resolution, the House was required to vote on it.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Green again pursued impeachment after Trump returned to office. In May 2025, he introduced articles accusing Trump of defying the judicial branch. The following month, Green introduced another article on Trump\u2019s decision to strike Iranian nuclear facilities without congressional approval. In November 2025, Green again vowed to introduce impeachment articles, this time alleging abuse of power. If a simple majority of the House approves the articles, the official is impeached. The Senate then conducts an impeachment trial, with the chief justice of the <a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/tag\/supreme-court\/\" data-type=\"post_tag\" data-id=\"203\">Supreme Court<\/a> presiding.
