This can affect foreign nationals\u2019 abilities to bank, use credit cards, or even pay bills.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">ICC judges Kimberly Prost from Canada, Reine Alapini-Gansou from Benin, and Solomy Balungi Bossa from Uganda <a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/news\/world\/4625239\/foreign-national-icc-judges-sue-trump-administration-new-york-court-sanctions\/\">jointly filed a lawsuit<\/a> in June seeking immediate relief from sanctions imposed on them by the State Department and Treasury Department for their activities related to the court.
