The woman, Carolina Molina, a licensed immigration counselor, was recorded on video resisting arrest after she yelled at officers and drove through a parking lot where ICE agents were arresting two men. The officer drew his gun and claimed Molina tried to follow and run them over, a charge she denies. Molina, a U.S. citizen,was threatened with arrest,and DHS initially described her as an \u201canti-ICE agitator,\u201d suggesting she \u201cweaponized\u201d her vehicle against officers. Democrats argue this incident reflects a pattern of aggressive and perhaps illegal behavior by ICE personnel, citing previous cases of misconduct. While driving through a business complex, Molina saw ICE officers arresting two men.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Molina then yelled profanities at the officers before driving off. Dashboard camera footage posted to social media by Molina shows her driving through the parking lot when two vehicles block her in, and a masked officer approaches her.<\/p>\n<div class=\"wex-inarticle-ad wex-inarticle-ad-art-dsk-inart-2\">\n<div class=\"wex-ad-wrap wex-ad-art-dsk-inart-2\" style=\"min-height:90px\"><span class=\"wex-ad-label\" hidden>Advertisement<\/span><\/p>\n<div id=\"div-gpt-ad-3182201-16\" data-wex-ad=\"art-dsk-inart-2\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The officer has his gun drawn and accuses Molina of following them and attempting to run the officers over, captured in a <a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/reel\/Db3vfU0JXx4\/?igsh=MTFwNTltYmJtNmd5dQ==&#038;igsi=MTFwNTltYmJtNmd5dQ==\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/reel\/Db3vfU0JXx4\/?igsh=MTFwNTltYmJtNmd5dQ==&#038;igsi=MTFwNTltYmJtNmd5dQ==\">video recorded by Molina<\/a>. Molina denies the officer\u2019s claim, and the officer then threatens to arrest her. Molina informs the five officers outside her vehicle that she is a U.S. citizen.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Following the incident, the Department of Homeland Security released a statement calling Molina an \u201canti-ICE agitator\u201d and alleging she \u201cweaponized\u201d her vehicle against the officers.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cThis dangerous and dishonest nonsense unfortunately matches what we\u2019ve seen from ICE not just in Virginia, but across the country,\u201d Beyer said at a press conference with Molina at his side, claiming that there has been a string of incidents in which ICE officers were captured displaying aggressive behavior. \u201cWe want these agents off our streets and out of our communities.\u201d<\/p>\n<div class=\"wex-inarticle-ad wex-inarticle-ad-art-dsk-inart-3\">\n<div class=\"wex-ad-wrap wex-ad-art-dsk-inart-3\" style=\"min-height:90px\"><span class=\"wex-ad-label\" ICE\u2019s response is similar to previous incidents that have garnered media attention of officers yelling at, injuring, or even shooting individuals, such as in the killings of Ruben Ray Martinez, Renee Good, Alex Pretti, Joan Sebastian Dur\u00e1n Guerrero, and Lorenzo Salgado Araujo.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cThe similarities suggest that Department personnel are intentionally, nefariously, and systematically engaging in illegal intimidation and violence against American citizens under cover of false claims of danger,\u201d the letter reads.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"
