According to witness statements, a victim told Komonash she no longer wanted to be a sex worker, and Komonash accordingly offered her a job as a \u201cprovider for kids\u201d at Reva Autism Center.<\/p>\n<div class=\"wex-inarticle-ad wex-inarticle-ad-art-dsk-inart-4\">\n<div class=\"wex-ad-wrap wex-ad-art-dsk-inart-4\" style=\"min-height:90px\"><span class=\"wex-ad-label\" hidden>Advertisement<\/span><\/p>\n<div id=\"div-gpt-ad-3182201-25\" data-wex-ad=\"art-dsk-inart-4\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A fourth defendant, 30-year-old Salman Ahmed Elmi, remains held <a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ag.state.mn.us\/Office\/Communications\/2026\/08\/17_Medicaid-Fraud.asp\">on felony theft charges<\/a> filed by the Minnesota Attorney General\u2019s Medicaid Fraud Unit, alleging that his mental healthcare company, Reva Health, had fraudulently billed the state\u2019s Medicaid program for more than $1 million in bogus services. Reeves was also the co-owner of Reva Health.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Charging documents say Reeves sent text messages to Elmi that he was going to make them rich \u201creal quick you don\u2019t even know how many connections I\u2019ve been putting together,\u201d and \u201cI\u2019m smiling because I\u2019m going to take over this whole state.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In another text about acquiring healthcare-related clients, Reeves allegedly asked Elmi if they \u201chave United healthcare,\u201d referring to coverage under <a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/news\/investigations\/4481188\/third-party-auditor-investigating-minnesota-fraud-received-millions-medicaid\/\">UnitedHealth Group<\/a>, the largest U.S. health insurance company by revenue and enrollment, with headquarters in nearby Eden Prairie, Minnesota.
