Netanyahu recently rejected Trump’s peace plan and has disagreed with him on military strategies, especially regarding conflicts with Hamas, Hezbollah, and actions in Syria.

Analysts suggest that whether Trump endorses netanyahu or not may not significantly impact Israeli politics, as domestic issues dominate the election. Polls indicate a potential shift in Israeli political power, with opposition parties possibly outpacing Netanyahu’s Likud. If coalition talks falter, new elections might potentially be held, prolonging Netanyahu’s hold unless a key figure like Liberman plays a decisive role.

In U.S.-Israel relations, some experts believe Trump’s informal influence might be more impactful than an official endorsement, with a focus on U.S. policies and perceptions. traditionally, U.S. presidents avoid foreign endorsements to prevent accusations of interference, though Trump has endorsed several foreign leaders.Trump’s stance remains cautious amid ongoing political developments in both israel and broader Middle Eastern affairs.
