Miller has <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3YuVZYV\" >rigorously denied domestic abuse claims<\/a>, saying his former partner, who is the daughter of Sen. Miller has apologized for the release, saying it was an inadvertent upload and was his attorney\u2019s mistake. However, Moreno said in a <a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https:\/\/www.chandralaw.com\/files\/assets\/2026-08-12rmvmilleretal.complaintwithexhibits.pdf\">federal civil-rights lawsuit<\/a> filed in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio that her ex-husband \u201crecklessly and intentionally\u201d authorized its release as part of the trove of files.
