data-id=\"5204\">executive orders<\/a>, however, also deny\u00a0birthright citizenship\u00a0for children of some foreign diplomats born in the United States and, potentially, in U.S. territories.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The orders will likely be challenged in court under the <a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/tag\/14th-amendment\/\" data-type=\"post_tag\" data-id=\"4711\">14th Amendment<\/a>, which guarantees citizenship to almost every child born in America, particularly its provisions regarding children born in U.S. territories, since only Congress can act to end their citizenship.<\/p>\n<div class=\"wex-inarticle-ad
