The organization announced the decision after reviewing conduct over an extended period, with boltinhouse expected to release a public statement. The organization emphasized its zero-tolerance policy against racism, homophobia, transphobia, and demeaning language. A Blaize Productions, in consultation with the Miss USA Organization, made the decision to end Boltinhouse&#8217;s reign, just over a month after her crowning. First runner-up Myla Hadley has been promoted to Miss North Carolina USA 2026 and will compete at the national level, with the Miss USA Organization expressing confidence in her.
