Guahan<\/em>, a case involving an environmental challenge to the Air Force\u2019s disposal of unexploded artillery at a base in Guam, on Oct. 7.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The high court\u2019s second week of arguments will begin on Oct. 13, with arguments in <em>Beaird v. United States<\/em>, a case about courts\u2019 deference regarding sentencing guidelines, and <em>Genalo v. Black<\/em>, a key immigration case.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">With <em>Genalo v.
