domestic and child abuse and said he would neither <a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" run-up to the 2016 election.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Miller pushed back on Tapper\u2019s accusation that the posting of the sensitive photo was \u201cshockingly reckless,\u201d claiming the image is already publicly available as part of a Child and Family Protective Services investigation. <\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tapper pushed back on Miller\u2019s claim, saying that CPS told CNN the photo was not part of an investigation. The <em>Washington Examiner<\/em> has reached out to CPS for confirmation. <\/p>\n<div class=\"wex-inarticle-ad wex-inarticle-ad-art-dsk-inart-2\">\n<div class=\"wex-ad-wrap wex-ad-art-dsk-inart-2\" style=\"min-height:90px\"><span class=\"wex-ad-label\" hidden>Advertisement<\/span><\/p>\n<div id=\"div-gpt-ad-3182201-16\" data-wex-ad=\"art-dsk-inart-2\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Moreno\u2019s lawyer, Subodh Chandra, claimed in a letter to Miller\u2019s lawyer that the Dropbox file left their daughter\u2019s name unredacted and contained at least one image that \u201ccould be considered Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) because the daughter\u2019s genitals appear to be visible.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aaron Minc, an attorney for Miller, took sole responsibility earlier Tuesday for improperly redacting the files, saying in a statement that including the photo was \u201ccompletely unintentional and a mistake.\u201d <\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When Tapper pressed him on why he was defending the inadvertent upload of the image, Miller said he was not defending it, calling it \u201cawful.\u201d<\/p>\n<div class=\"wex-inarticle-ad wex-inarticle-ad-art-dsk-inart-3\">\n<div class=\"wex-ad-wrap wex-ad-art-dsk-inart-3\" style=\"min-height:90px\"><span class=\"wex-ad-label\" hidden>Advertisement<\/span><\/p>\n<div id=\"div-gpt-ad-3182201-17\" data-wex-ad=\"art-dsk-inart-3\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">But the congressman reiterated his claim that it was taken out of context, referring to media coverage of the incident.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cI didn\u2019t do this,\u201d Miller said. \u201cMy attorney took full responsibility. I believe that it\u2019s awful.
