Max Miller in Ohio, alleging that he breached a 2023 settlement related to domestic violence claims. The legal action follows repeated public accusations by Miller, including posts on social media and a surreptitiously recorded audio in which Miller claimed his ex-wife, Moreno, denied Miller\u2019s abuse allegations. Grisham and Miller previously dated during the trump administration but ended their relationship in 2020 amid allegations of violence, which Miller denied. Their dispute led to lawsuits, settled privately with nondisclosure agreements. Grisham now accuses Miller of violating that settlement by making damaging public statements and sharing content related to the case,including responses to media reports of alleged abuse. Max Miller (R-OH) on Monday, the latest episode in the saga around the embattled <a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/tag\/house-of-representatives\/\" data-type=\"post_tag\" data-id=\"93\">congressman<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Grisham\u2019s lawyers filed the motion in a <a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/tag\/ohio\/\" data-type=\"post_tag\" data-id=\"1141\">Cuyahoga County, Ohio<\/a>, court. It accuses Miller of breaching a 2023 settlement that capped off a round of litigation between the two over domestic violence allegations. Grisham served as White House press secretary and communications director. Miller denied those allegations in a statement to <em>Politico<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The rupture between the two led to a lawsuit from Grisham and a countersuit from Miller. Those posts came in response to a <a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https:\/\/www.dailymail.com\/news\/article-15796677\/trump-congressman-max-miller-abuse-attack-letter.html\"><em>Daily Mail<\/em> article<\/a> describing Miller\u2019s alleged abuse against Moreno, his ex-wife and the daughter of Sen. Bernie Moreno (R-OH).<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In one post, Miller shared a 43-second <a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/MaxMillerOH\/status\/2052534328555442335\">audio recording<\/a> that he had surreptitiously taken during a conversation with Moreno.
