Titled \u201cWorst of the Worst, District Judge Edition,\u201d the social media posts document several Democrat-appointed judges\u2019 recent activism in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/media-have-no-qualms-about-kbj-attending-anti-ice-grammys\/\" title=\"Media Have No Qualms About KBJ Attending Anti-ICE Grammys\">immigration-related cases involving<\/a> the Trump administration.<\/p>\n<p>Among those highlighted are cases involving apparent judicial sidestepping of the Supreme Court\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2026\/06\/25\/supreme-court-affirms-temporary-status-for-foreign-migrants-is-temporary\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><em>Mullin v. Doe<\/em> ruling<\/a> on <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/tag\/temporary-protected-status\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Temporary Protected Status<\/a> for foreign nationals and the government\u2019s efforts to deport Salvadoran national <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/tag\/kilmar-abrego-garcia\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Kilmar Abrego Garcia<\/a>. <\/p>\n<p><strong>[READ:[READ:<a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2026\/07\/28\/rogue-judges-are-helping-temporary-migrants-sidestep-key-scotus-ruling\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Rogue Judges Are Helping Temporary Migrants Sidestep Key SCOTUS Ruling<\/a>]<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Salas, whose son was killed several years ago by a \u201cdisgruntled attorney,\u201d <a href=\"https:\/\/archive.md\/bXY2F#selection-1797.56-1797.171\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">accused<\/a> Percival of \u201cmischaracterizing\u201d the judges\u2019 rulings and claimed that the posts amounted to \u201cintimidating any future judge by saying, \u2018You wanna go on the Worst of the Worst list next week, judge? You wanna do that, or fall in line?\u201d She further characterized the tweets as \u201canti-democratic.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Bloom similarly called Percival\u2019s posts an \u201cintimidation tactic\u201d and said they represent \u201cunjustified attacks that are designed for one purpose and one purpose only, and that is to bring others to do harm.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>At no point in his posts did Percival threaten or call for threats against the judges. He named the judges, summarized how they\u2019re ruling in the cases before them, and described how those decisions are at odds with the administration\u2019s policy agenda.<\/p>\n<p>The Legal AF episode also <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=gGWAPwpKhUs\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">featured<\/a> remarks from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.influencewatch.org\/non-profit\/speak-up-for-justice\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Speak Up for Justice<\/a> founder and Los Angeles trial attorney Paul Kiesel. The supposedly \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/speakupforjustice.law\/#page-zones__main-widgets__6838fc45f3a70\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">nonpartisan<\/a>\u201d group\u2019s founder has \u201cpreviously donated to the campaigns of Democratic Party-connected campaigns and organizations,\u201d according to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.influencewatch.org\/non-profit\/speak-up-for-justice\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Capital Research Center<\/a>. <\/p>\n<figure>\n<p><span><\/p>\n<blockquote data-width=\"500\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">.<a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/DHSGenCounsel?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">@DHSGenCounsel<\/a> on activist judges: \u201cWhat\u2019s going on with some of these District Judges is absolutely ABSURD\u2026what these judges are doing is engaging in naked politics and then they\u2019re shrouding it in the thin veneer of legalese.\u201d <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/75hxmGcMaL\">https:\/\/t.co\/75hxmGcMaL<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/UxAFOknoX0\">pic.twitter.com\/UxAFOknoX0<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2014 Homeland Security (@DHSgov) <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/DHSgov\/status\/2082913645806137379?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">July 30, 2026<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><\/span> <\/p>\n<\/figure>\n<p>It\u2019s quite baffling to watch two supposedly neutral judges equate mere criticisms of their rogue colleagues\u2019 work to an intimidation and call-to-violence campaign. Even more absurd, however, is their willingness to appear on a notoriously anti-Trump podcast to do it.<\/p>\n<p>A trip to the <em>Legal AF<\/em> podcast\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/@LegalAFMTN\/videos\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">YouTube page<\/a> reveals a program littered with antagonism toward the president and his administration. The channel has published similar click-bait content about the conservative-leaning Supreme Court.<\/p>\n<div>\n<figure><\/figure>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div>\n<figure><\/figure>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<p><em>Legal AF<\/em>\u2019s left-wing bias makes sense when considering that it\u2019s a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/@LegalAFMTN\/videos\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">product<\/a> of the MeidasTouch Network (MTN), a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/@MeidasTouch\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">self-professed<\/a> \u201cindependent\u201d and \u201cpro-democracy\u201d \u201cnews\u201d outlet that <a href=\"https:\/\/meidasnews.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">boasts<\/a> similar animosity toward the president and Republicans.<\/p>\n<p>MTN was <a href=\"https:\/\/archive.md\/7H7uV\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">founded<\/a> by the same leftist brothers who launched the MeidasTouch PAC, which <a href=\"https:\/\/archive.md\/7H7uV\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">worked<\/a> to Democrats\u2019 advantage during the 2020 election. Leftist billionaire <a href=\"https:\/\/www.influencewatch.org\/person\/george-soros\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">George Soros<\/a>\u2019 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.influencewatch.org\/for-profit\/soros-fund-management\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Soros Fund Management<\/a> led an <a href=\"https:\/\/archive.md\/XHSFB#selection-1639.14-1639.35\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">investment effort<\/a> that poured funds into MTN this year. The outlet reportedly did not disclose the terms of the deal but said in a statement that \u201cit will use the money from Soros and additional unnamed investors to add more digital creators and journalists to its growing, 24-hour online news operation,\u201d as described by <a href=\"https:\/\/archive.md\/XHSFB#selection-1671.37-1671.194\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Bloomberg<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The investment is seemingly on par with Soros\u2019 bid to expand his financial influence in American media markets, as The Federalist\u2019s Mark Hemingway previously <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2024\/10\/17\/how-democrat-activists-buy-elections-by-taking-over-local-news\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">reported<\/a>. <\/p>\n<p>Friday\u2019s interview comes following years of <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2026\/06\/10\/warnocks-violence-smears-against-scotus-invite-more-leftist-attacks-on-its-justices\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">leftist threats<\/a> against the Supreme Court\u2019s conservative justices for ruling in ways Democrats find unfavorable. <\/p>\n<p>In 2020, Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2022\/06\/30\/the-dobbs-leaker-accomplished-nothing-but-accenting-the-lefts-contempt-for-democracy\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ominously warned<\/a> Justices Neil Gorsuch and Brett Kavanaugh that they\u2019d \u201cpay the price\u201d if they ruled against the left\u2019s preferred abortion precedent. Things only got worse from there, with the 2022 leak of the draft <em>Dobbs<\/em> decision overturning <em>Roe v. Wade<\/em> prompting a wave of death threats against the conservative justices. <\/p>\n<p>This included left-wing anarchists showing up at the homes of these justices with the apparent attempt to intimidate them into changing their votes. The Biden administration enabled such actions by <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2022\/08\/16\/john-roberts-failure-to-bring-dobbs-leaker-to-justice-sets-a-dangerous-precedent\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">declining<\/a> to prosecute the alleged crimes and encouraging activists to continue the demonstrations.<\/p>\n<p>The fallout from the opinion\u2019s leak culminated in the attempted assassination of Kavanaugh at his home, where he lived with his family.
