The writing included devastating news for the family members.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cWe did not fully grasp the seriousness of her physical condition,\u201d the follow-up note read. \u201cWe never intended to hurt her, that was not our intention. She perished shortly after she was taken. We believe it was heart related.
