Near broken windows, FBI investigators found blood in several areas inside the building that matched one unknown individual.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Oregon prosecutors charged Watson in December 2022 with several crimes, according to <a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/Details.pdf\">local records<\/a> that do not describe the arrest. He pleaded guilty the following month to theft, assaulting a public safety officer, and using \u201cESG\/Tear Gas\/Mace,\u201d receiving a 30-day jail sentence and three years of probation, the records show.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Oregon State Police then matched Watson\u2019s DNA from the blood at the 2020 Georgia riot, which revived the FBI\u2019s investigation.
