He pleaded guilty to assaulting a federal officer with a dangerous weapon and agreed to pay the victim restitution. Brumbelow could also face up to 20 years in prison upon sentencing in October.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Agents caught Vogel in September putting red paint on the ICE facility, and she <a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https:\/\/www.justice.gov\/usao-or\/pr\/portland-woman-charged-assaulting-federal-law-enforcement-officer-near-local-ice-office\">punched an agent<\/a> in the jaw during arrest, prosecutors said. She was initially charged with assaulting the officer, but ultimately pleaded guilty to interfering with law enforcement.
